Welder for Steel and Piping System Construction

Together with our team, you will carry out all welding work on the emergency power systems.

• You will join various metal parts and assemble systems and construction parts using different welding processes
• You will manufacture base frames and welded assemblies according to drawings and work plans
• You will manufacture steel and stainless steel pipework for the emergency power systems
• You will be responsible for testing and measuring the welded assemblies paying particular attention to pressure testing
• You liaise closely with the other specialist departments
• You will be involved in the ongoing development and optimisation of welding work

• You have completed vocational training as a welder, mechanic, metal worker or a comparable qualification
• You are proficient at one of the following welding processes: MIG, MAG, TIG/WIG (hot wire)
• You have professional experience in welding and reading technical drawings
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are reliable, well organised, motivated and enjoy working in a team
