Supervisor/Technician for Mechanical Production

Together with our team, you will install the mechanical components in our emergency power systems.

• Ensuring that production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, costs and deadlines
• Optimising and controlling the production and logistics processes and the equipment and technologies used, often taking into account small quantities
• Compliance with occupational safety requirements
• Responsibility for the area of Personnel Planning
• Active participation in measures for continuous process optimization.
• Organisation of daily production processes

•  Completed training as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, agricultural and construction machinery, mechatronics technician or comparable. You preferably have further training as a technician/master craftsman
• Several years of sound experience as a master craftsman or technician in plant construction, deally related to the manufacture of power generation plants
• IT skills (MS Office and ERP)
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Motivating, co-operative management style
• Solid experience in production preparation and effective process design, also for medium and small quantities
• Experience in training and development of staff would be desirable
• Written and spoken English an advantage
