Supervisor Technician for Electrical Production

You will work with our team to install the electrical components in our emergency power systems.

• You will plan and organise the daily production processes for the electrical production area, including personnel planning
• You will ensure that production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, costs and deadlines
• You control the production and logistics processes, and the equipment used for this purpose
• You actively shape and optimise the individual production steps
• You ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician for operating technology, energy and building technology, automation technology or comparable.  You preferably have further training as a technician/master craftsman
• Several years of experience as a master craftsman or technician in plant construction, ideally related to the manufacture of power generation systems, is desirable
• Solid experience in production preparation and effective process design, even for medium and small quantities
• You are well organised and work in a goal-oriented and independent manner.
• Motivating and friendly management style
• Knowledge of material management systems and English language skills are an advantage
• Experience of training and development of staff would be desirable for supervising our trainees
